Miniflex TDR / Tone Generator

The Miniflex is a professional Time Domain Reflectometer and Audio Tone Generator designed to detect and locate faults on power cables and metallic communication cables. Its range is up to 19,000ft. Due to advanced signal processing technology the Miniflex finds opens, short circuits, splices, taps, water ingress and other more elusive impedance mismatches. A built-in oscillator also provides an audio tone for pair tracing and identification. The Miniflex features adjustable cable impedance matching, which qualifies it to be used on power and communication cables, including twisted pair and coaxial, with graphical results and fault distances. The TDR/Tone-Generator is housed in a tough, ABS water and dust proof plastic case and is supplied complete with test leads and a protective tool-belt holster. The Miniflex has a very high level of user convenience, and is one of the easiest to use TDRs in the market due to its 2 button operation.
